Company Overview:
A leading investment firm with over $50 billion of committed capital, focused on providing senior and unitranche debt financing to middle market companies. The firm is seeking an Analyst for Portfolio Analytics & Allocation to support portfolio management and investment allocation functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to monitor fund performance, portfolio company metrics, and investment allocations.
• Assist in the execution and refinement of allocation models across funds and managed accounts to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and mandates.
• Support investment committee materials by preparing analytical content on portfolio construction, exposure, and risk metrics.
• Analyze portfolio performance trends and develop insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies across systems.
• Participate in the automation and optimization of internal reporting processes, including workflow improvements and use of third-party analytics platforms.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses, investor requests, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment management or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, fund structures, and portfolio analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools a plus.
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems and investment databases is advantageous.

Compensation:
Salary: $105,000 – $115,000, Plus Bonus
