Company Overview:
A leading global private markets manager with over $75 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire Directors of External Sales to join their Private Wealth team. This role will focus on distributing alternative investment products across various regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor key business metrics across the territory
• Maintain and cultivate existing Advisor relationships and aggressively expand new Advisor relationships
• Participate in the development of sales strategy and product launch plans throughout the region and take a lead role in its execution
• Develop and execute the after-sales/post-launch strategy for platforms where these strategies are live
• Develop a thorough financial and structural understanding of the company's products and its lending markets
• Actively educate advisory teams and stakeholders on the company's growing offering of alternative investment strategies and products
• Develop and execute on strategic marketing plans including the identification of opportunities, determination of an effective sales strategy for each target and measurement of results
• Respond to internal and external requests with a client service mind-set and a strong sense of urgency

Qualifications:

• Series 7 & 63 Licensed
• Alternative investment management experience ideally focused on credit products including private debt and/or private equity
• Strong working knowledge of macroeconomics, asset allocation, fixed income, equity, and alternatives markets
• Comprehensive knowledge of competitive landscape in alternative investments
• At least 10-15 years of client-facing experience and strong relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
• CFA, CAIA and/or MBA preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $500,000 – $750,000, Plus Bonus
