Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $140 billion of assets under management is seeking to add a resource to support its Investor Services team in the New York office. The role involves managing operational and client support aspects of intermediary and distribution relationships, as well as executing and onboarding new products for retail distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide smooth execution and best-in-class advisor support experience for all investment life cycle events across the product suite.
• Assist in onboarding of new distribution partners and financial intermediary relationships, developing a robust understanding of their unique operational processes and support needs.
• Collaborate with other departments and key providers to promptly troubleshoot and resolve identified operational or support issues.
• Develop strong understanding of distribution partner’s operational platforms and document procedures for ongoing fund maintenance for various platforms.
• Support global growth and expansion through reporting and analysis across all distribution channels and functions.
• Maintain and further develop reporting infrastructure both domestically and internationally.
• Expand upon existing sales reporting and key metrics for evergreen products.
• Assist in distributing regular reporting summarizing wealth management investor activity across the product offerings.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant client service and operational support experience within the wealth management/retail segment.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment product structures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Series 7 and Series 63 license or obtained within 90 days of start date.

Compensation:
Salary: $115,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
