Company Overview:
A diversified credit and real estate investing platform with nearly $92 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate. This role will focus on collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze and structure complex transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business, legal, and other stakeholders to analyze and structure complex transactions
• Review, interpret, and develop diverse accounting policies to comply with company policies and GAAP
• Research new regulations and assist in the implementation of solutions
• Assist with accounting for equity, including share-based compensation and EPS
• Assist with policy improvement projects and provide insights on industry trends
• Review financial statements and filings for consistency with U.S. GAAP
• Incorporate and maintain SOX controls within the Technical Accounting function
• Collaborate with leadership to establish consistency in application of policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-6 years of general accounting and technical accounting experience, preferably at a “Big Four” firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
