Company Overview:
A regional bank headquartered in New Jersey offers personal and business banking services, including management and digital banking solutions. They are seeking a Loan Closing Specialist to facilitate loan-closing activities and maintain customer relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review applications and credit reports for completion and accuracy and identify red flags.
• Order appraisals, property searches, title policies, verifications of employment, and tax transcripts.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all mortgage representatives, branch team members, and department team members.
• Perform various tasks and projects as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Computer Literacy: Windows/Excel/Encompass
• Knowledge of TRID, HMDA, and RESPA requirements

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hr, DOE
