Company Overview:
A multi-strategy investment firm with over $8 billion in assets under management is seeking a Software Developer to support its Equity Long/Short strategies. This role involves driving the design and buildout of systems and integrating data to modernize the technology stack.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and support microservices APIs using various technologies following TDD standards.
• Manage and enhance system infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain system monitoring tools.
• Build and optimize data import pipelines.
• Create research applications and tools to help streamline PMs workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
• Document technical processes and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience coding in Java, C/C++, or C#. Python experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects.
• Experience in developing financial applications is a strong plus but not required.
• Multi-asset experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
