Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over $80 billion in assets under management is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their team. The role involves managing daily transactions, financial statements, and compliance reporting for limited partnership vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily general ledger accounting duties, including booking transactions, accruals, and journal entries
• Assist with period-end close reconciliations
• Support cash management activities, including cash flow planning and bank reconciliations
• Assist with capital call and distribution processes, including investor notices and transaction recording
• Process, review, and allocate invoices for vendor payments
• Track sales of investments and allocate proceeds and gains based on partners' ownership percentages
• Assist with preparation of investor reporting, annual audits, and compliance reporting

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of public or private accounting experience preferred, CPA or working towards CPA required
• Prior experience in private equity required
• Significant proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including links, reference formulas/lookups, and pivot tables
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx, or other data analytic software is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $105,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
