Company Overview:
A boutique recruiting firm with a team of 20 professionals is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator to support their in-person operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain the supply closet
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and manage weekly grocery deliveries
  • Communicate with building management and coordinate external help for office needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, common areas, and coffee machine
  • Assist with setting up conference room video and troubleshoot video conferencing systems
  • Prepare workstations and assist with computer setup for new employees
  • Coordinate monthly team lunches and plan internal events
  • Handle logistics for occasional off-site events
  • Order and mail gifts for clients, book team travel, and print materials for meetings
  • Take notes during team meetings and assist with miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

  • No prior office management or executive support experience required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking and taking initiative
  • Reliable and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-functioning workspace

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $25 – $30/hr
