Company Overview:
A leading alternative asset management firm with with over 20 billion under management that manages assets for Insurance Clients is seeking an Operations Consultant to support their ambitious growth goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of end-to-end trade execution, including transaction processing, monitoring, and reconciliation
• Interact daily with Portfolio Managers/Traders, Accountants, Custodians, and Broker/Dealers for transaction processing and settlement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Work on strategic projects to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance reporting
• Reconcile positions via tri-party reconciliation and cash breaks
• Process Principal and Interest remittance notices for credit products and bank loans
• Collaborate with Legal team and Portfolio Managers/Traders on private deal closings and documents

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in investment operations or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related major
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Investment Accounting Platforms, Clearwater Analytics a plus
• Knowledge of Order Management Systems including Bloomberg AIM Trading Platform a plus

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $100/hr
