Company Overview:
A next-generation investment firm focused on tech-enabled companies in the financial services sector is seeking a candidate for a unique role bridging the investment and finance teams. The role offers exposure to broader business operations and reports directly to the Principal on the Fund Finance team with direct exposure to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the quarterly valuation process across all funds
• Coordinate meetings with each deal team to review their proposed valuation model
• Compile the required materials for Valuation Committee meetings
• Maintain communication with the reporting team for valuation inputs for the financial statements
• Act as the primary point of contact for the auditors with respect to interim and year-end valuation testing
• Assist with the confirmations process
• Maintain or prepare dynamic fund return models for ad-hoc analyses
• Illustrate investor-level impact of varying exit scenarios, including realized carry
• Maintain current and projected fund construction profile
• Participate in weekly pipeline calls
• Own the creation of new models for prospective funds, including relevant assumptions used
• Assist with NAV loan compliance as it relates to the collection of portfolio company data
• Assist with other ad-hoc requests from IR or management

Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of experience, with a focus on valuation methodologies and fund-level analysis
• Experience with various valuation methodologies and fund-level gross to net analysis
• Ability to interpret and communicate valuation at various security levels
• Ability to interpret existing complex models and own ongoing modifications
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $185,000, Plus Bonus
