Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Asset Based Finanacing Operations Associate to join their Credit & Insurance division. The role involves overseeing operational aspects of various client mandates and asset servicing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for booking events related to servicing products in the Advent Geneva system.
• Research and resolve escalations between transaction breaks in Geneva and Custodians.
• Maintain familiarity with different asset types and asset classes.
• Understand loan concepts related to processing, P&L, and transactions.
• Possess corporate action and amendment knowledge of processes.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of security operations with Loans, Fixed Income products, and the trade life cycle.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with technology teams on system enhancements.
• Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in trade support or middle office role.
• Advent Geneva and Bloomberg knowledge would be a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $60/hr, DOE
