Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking a Human Capital Compensation Lead for its Business Operations Group. This role will focus on developing and implementing compensation programs across various regions, including EMEA and APAC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual compensation planning process for Business Operations employees in collaboration with the business and Human Capital team.
  • Conduct in-depth benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation with the marketplace.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the firm to execute key processes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop competitive offer packages for external hires.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements regarding employee pay.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a focus in human resources or business administration/finance preferred.
  • Experience working in complex, dynamic organizations, preferably in financial services and/or private equity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $200,000
