Company Overview:
A leading global private equity investment firm with $49 billion of equity capital under management is seeking a Manager of Performance Reporting to join their Performance Reporting Team. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to analyze and communicate strategy, fund, and deal performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review external investor reports, fundraising materials, and monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Analyze quarterly performance reporting focusing on gross and net IRRs, key multiples (MOIC, DPI, TVPI, etc.), and other fund- and deal-level metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of ad hoc requests.
• Track and manage the timeliness of routine deliverables, ad hoc requests, and projects.
• Train and develop members of the performance team.
• Initiate and lead projects to document policies and procedures and build new processes, models, and reports.
• Assist with routine deliverables and ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or consulting, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Required experience in direct lending; experience in private credit strategies, real estate, or private equity is desirable.
• Proficient with IRRs and multiples (MOIC, TVPI, DPI) concerning fund performance, composites, and track records.
• Strongly preferred experience with fund runoff models, IRR projections, and carry modeling.
• Knowledge of reference data, instrument data, and portfolio financial data.
• Experience supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred (macros, arrays, IF statements, VBA, etc.).
• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics; CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience with FIS systems (Investran, VPM, or similar) and data warehouse tools like IVP Polaris is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $170 – $180/hr
