Company Overview:
A leading investment firm with over $50 billion in committed capital provides customized financing solutions to middle market private equity firms. They are seeking a Finance Associate to join their team and support financial reporting and investor relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of monthly and/or quarterly NAV packages from the 3rd party administrator
• Reviewing management & performance fee calculations
• Assisting in the preparation of relevant financial reporting (quarterly and annual financial statements)
• Responsible for reviewing invoices and preparing internal expense schedules
• Assist in the coordination of external audits
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of investor reporting materials and/or inquiries

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of public accounting experience (investment company accounting required)
• CPA preferred
• Private Credit and/or Private Equity experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
