Company Overview:
A leading investment firm specializing in venture capital and private equity is seeking a Director or Managing Director of Investor Relations to enhance their institutional investor engagement and fundraising efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture new institutional relationships to support ongoing fundraising efforts and capital deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align messaging and strategic investor communications.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, including preparing marketing materials, pitch presentations, and due diligence responses.
• Identify and target new institutional prospects to broaden the investor base.
• Manage the investor onboarding process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on investor sentiment, market positioning, and fundraising strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or client relationship management within venture capital, private equity, or asset management.
• Proven track record managing institutional investor relationships and successfully raising capital.
• Deep understanding of venture capital fund structures, performance metrics, and investor expectations.
• Established network of institutional investors including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
• Relevant educational background required.

Compensation:
Salary: $500,000 – $750,000, Plus Bonus
