Company Overview:
A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an Associate Director of Investor Relations to join their team to drive capital-raising efforts. The role focuses on securing investment capital from a diverse range of investors and maintaining relationships with existing investors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract investment capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other sources.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, building rapport and trust through effective communication and networking.
• Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to showcase lending products and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective investors.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to existing investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay informed of market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to inform fundraising strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other sources.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
