Company Overview:
A leading investment firm known for combining capital, innovation, and engineering to drive long-term value is seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Manager. The role will be part of a fast-growing, global, multi-strategy investment firm, contributing to global investment strategies in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the outsourced global tax compliance process, including all domestic and international filings for income and non-income taxes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct technical tax research on U.S. federal, state, local, and international issues.
• Respond to tax notices, support audits, and assist in resolving tax controversies.
• Prepare and file non-income tax returns, including sales and use tax and property tax filings.
• Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Assist with annual transfer pricing documentation and requirements.
• Support tax planning and strategic initiatives for diverse investment strategies across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required; CPA or master’s in taxation preferred.
• 7–12 years of relevant tax experience, ideally in public accounting with a focus on inbound multinational clients.
• Strong understanding of cross-border transactions and multinational tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
