Company Overview:
A prestigious international law firm with over 900 lawyers across 12 offices worldwide is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will support the Revenue Manager-Accounts Receivable in delivering exceptional service within the firm's finance department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update the Daily Cash Reconciliation Spreadsheet to ensure accurate recording and balancing of all cash receipts.
• Organize and manage the Payments inbox, categorizing and filing emails appropriately.
• Process all A/R write-offs, GBNF, and E-Billing requests according to the Finance department’s policies.
• Save receipts, remittances, and emails in the appropriate network drive folders.
• Assist with processing interim bill applications and offsets, coordinating with the billing and Finance teams.
• Update and email the evening Daily Cash Report.
• Provide coverage during the absence of other cash team members.
• Perform other responsibilities within the Cash Receipts function as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recommended, preferably in accounting or business.
• 3+ years’ experience in a large law firm or comparable industry, preferably in cash or billing/collections.
• Familiarity with best practices for cash receipts/applications and billing/collections in a large law firm.
• Knowledge of Law Firm Financial Software (preferably 3E), MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a large team, consistently meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Compensation:
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000, DOE
