Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm offers alternative asset management and capital markets solutions, focusing on generating attractive investment returns through a disciplined approach. They are seeking a Consolidation Accountant to join their Finance team, responsible for accounting strategy and policy, consolidation accounting, and external financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with global consolidation within the OneStream tool
• Gather and combine financial information from different entities within a group of companies
• Handle and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidation
• Create consolidated financial results for internal and external reporting, often working with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including GAAP
• Analyze financial data, investigate fluctuations, and report findings to governance
• Identify and recommend process improvements within the consolidation process
• Perform special projects for management as needed

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in accounting required
• CPA Certification, or in process of obtaining CPA Certification
• Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in public accounting and/or private industry with exposure to SEC reporting experience preferred
• Experience with OneStream is advantageous but not essential

Compensation:
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
