Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm offers alternative asset management and capital markets solutions, managing a diverse portfolio across private equity, credit, and real assets. They are seeking a Balance Sheet Reporting Accountant to join their Global Finance team, focusing on financial data analysis and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting for balance sheet general partner fund investments and direct investment activity
• Accounting for balance sheet secondary sales and core investments
• Review and analysis of global weekly cash positions
• Prepare quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare quarterly supplemental deliverables for public reporting group consolidation
• Prepare quarterly segment reporting package for earnings release deck
• Prepare quarterly forecasts for interest expense and monetizations
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and senior executive presentations
• Collaborate with reporting teams across the firm
• Drive and support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external audit responses and prepare supporting documentation
• Assist with complying with quarterly debt certification requirements

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in accounting required
• CPA Certification, or in process of obtaining CPA Certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry

Compensation:
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
