Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking Private Credit Consultant for their Investment Operations team. This role focuses on operational support and day-to-day management of Strategic Insurance Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions/issues across a diverse book of credit investments.
• Oversee daily reconciliation processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close processes.
• Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex private transactions.
• Oversee daily/monthly reporting, assist in building better reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before client delivery.
• Coordinate responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries, ensuring timely follow-up and response back to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of Private Credit and Insurance Industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Advent Geneve and/or Insurance Accounting systems (Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin) is a strong plus.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE
