Company Overview:
A leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in the Midwest, with 22 centers across IL, IA, NE, and SD, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their talent acquisition strategy and execution. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional organizational culture and clinical quality as the company continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives, focusing on RBT recruitment.
  • Design and implement scalable talent acquisition processes to attract qualified RBT and BCBA candidates.
  • Develop strategies to improve RBT retention within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Lead the development of a best-in-class new hire onboarding experience.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the talent acquisition process using technology and data analytics.
  • Evaluate and manage talent acquisition technologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to promote a strong employer brand.
  • Develop a strategic plan for talent acquisition through community engagement.
  • Establish KPIs for RBT recruitment and retention, and develop reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with various directors and leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with clinical demands.
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on BCBA and RBT roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Experience in designing onboarding and engagement programs for RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Understanding of employment laws relevant to healthcare and education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Deep understanding of the RBT and BCBA roles and the ABA field.
  • Experience in multi-state healthcare or service-based organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for strategy sessions and recruiting events.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
