A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a Temporary Executive Coordinator to support the Global Head of HR/Talent. This role is ideal for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Global Head of HR/Talent
  • Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Develop and refine presentations and decks for leadership and board-level audiences
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups across a range of initiatives
  • Organize and maintain shared resources, timelines, and documentation
  • Act as a liaison across departments in a collaborative and confidential manner

Qualifications:

  • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills; comfortable creating polished presentations
  • Open to recent graduates who are quick learners, resourceful, and eager to gain exposure at a leading nonprofit
  • Professionals with 2–5+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or project coordination roles

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $35 – $41/hr, DOE
