Company Overview:
A leading global private equity firm with a history of investing over $100 billion in more than 1,000 companies worldwide is seeking a professional to join their Portfolio Analysis team. This role will focus on portfolio valuations, data and analytics, and comprehensive portfolio reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own coverage of an investing sector, developing domain level expertise on portfolio companies, their operations, and valuations.
• Assist with investment and fund performance reporting, including forecasting models and scenario analyses.
• Assist in deal monitoring reporting, such as KPI trend analysis and valuation performance over time.
• Liaise with IT and external consultants to design and implement new procedures and systems for tech enablement of reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quarterly and ad hoc presentations for senior management and LPs.
• Engage in extensive strategic ad hoc project work.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• BS/BA in business, economics, finance, or mathematics-related discipline preferred; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Knowledge of alternative investing, particularly private equity.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, fund returns/IRRs, and valuation metrics.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
