Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a professional to join their North American Consumer and Technology Verticals team. The role focuses on relationship management, pipeline maintenance, and marketing support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Affinity CRM for interactions, pipelines, and reporting
• Leverage network and tools for introductions to targets
• Coordinate with coverage officers on conferences and investment opportunities
• Track executive movements and maintain advisor database
• Assist with trip planning, meeting optimization, and conference coordination
• Maintain target pipeline and participate in vertical meetings
• Monitor competitive deal activity and assist in screening target companies
• Update and own Global PE Marketing Compendium and create pitch decks
• Plan and host executive events, providing on-site support
• Work with teams to identify new tools and data for sourcing

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in business development or sales operations preferred
• Four-year college degree with a strong academic background
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with finance/private equity space
• Experience with CRM tools and private company origination platforms preferred
• Interest and experience in AI use cases for business

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
