Company Overview:
A prominent private credit firm headquartered in New York specializes in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized U.S. companies through innovative capital solutions. They are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing agendas.
  • Assist with drafting and distributing investor updates, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Maintain and update the investor contact database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for investor meetings and internal use.
  • Prepare, review, and process expense reports for the Investor Relations team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and accommodations for the IR team and investors as needed.
  • Monitor and manage incoming correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within finance, private equity, or investment management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM platform Salesforce.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $45/hr
