Company Overview:
A leading luxury fitness and wellness company is seeking an Inside Sales Membership Advisor to join their team. This role involves managing inbound digital leads and guiding prospects through a seamless sales journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert inbound digital leads into memberships and ancillary service packages
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective members through proactive communication via phone, email, or text
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, in-club assisted sales, renewals, and ancillary service targets
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Sales Director to refine sales strategies
  • Use Salesforce and other digital tools to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's commitment to excellence and personalized service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales environment with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with managing digital leads and using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with digital and phone sales; experience in the luxury industry preferred but not required
  • Strong presentation and sales capabilities

Compensation:
Salary: $20 – $24
