Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm is seeking an Email Marketing Support contractor to join their Global Marketing team. This role focuses on managing tailored email campaigns and coordinating digital marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, compelling marketing emails to distribute thought leadership, showcase videos, promote investment solutions, and drive event attendance
• Coordinate the email review process and manage the email calendar
• Proofread and test all emails to ensure error-free client communications, including rendering across email clients and devices
• Build and maintain targeted audience lists to support segmentation strategies
• Ensure communications are consistent and aligned with brand standards
• Drive improvements in email communications through ongoing testing of design, content, calls-to-action, landing page quality, and audience management
• Monitor and interpret email performance, producing regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Work with Marketing teams to define and plan email campaigns
• Refine email content/messages to reflect best practices
• Support distribution teams' use of Salesforce Inbox and manage the library of email templates
• Support marketing measurement efforts in partnership with Marketing Analytics leader
• Collaborate with Digital, CRM, Data, and internal Marketing teams on data transformation and curation programs
• Coordinate campaign messaging alignment across channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in Financial Services required; Asset Management experience strongly preferred
• Expert knowledge of email creation tools (Pardot and Marketo) and HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Salesforce
• Expertise in email and marketing automation platforms

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $65/hr, DOE
