Company Overview:
A multi-strategy, multi-manager investment platform founded in 2008 is seeking a Facilities Coordinator / Porter to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of their facility while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, residents, or visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas.
  • Remove trash, recycling, and debris regularly.
  • Assist with deliveries, moving packages, and transporting items as needed.
  • Support maintenance staff with minor repairs and upkeep.
  • Ensure safety by promptly reporting hazards, damages, or security concerns.
  • Respond to service requests and assist in setting up rooms, furniture, or equipment for events or daily operations.
  • Uphold all facility standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, custodial, or building services a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $20 – $25/hr
