Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join their General Partner Group. This role will focus on treasury, accounting, tax, and fair market value reporting for various GP entities across multiple investment sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage operations and administrative activities of partnerships, including cash management, capital calls, cash distributions, and reconciliations
• Handle carry, vesting, and profit/loss allocations to partners and members of the General Partner entities
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting, including supporting documentation for capital accounts and financial reconciliations
• Oversee quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns for several partnerships, including K-1 activity
• Enter cash, book, and tax journal entries into Investran or similar accounting software
• Assist in generating responses to investor inquiries and requests for information
• Collaborate with team members to drive initiatives, create efficiencies, and mentor junior team members
• Work on projects with all levels, from Associates to Partners, to enhance team and firm products

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience with investment companies or public accounting with audit or tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA and/or master’s degree preferred
• Solid understanding of investment partnerships
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000, Plus Bonus
