Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate, leveraging an integrated platform to create value for investors. The company is seeking an experienced professional to fill a role in Enterprise Data support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and resolve Jira tickets pertinent to Enterprise Data support issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Reference Data, Risk, Engineering, and other teams, to address and resolve data-related problems.
  • Perform initial triage of support tickets, categorizing issues based on severity and urgency.
  • Provide thorough communication updates to stakeholders on the status and resolution of issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for recurring issues to build a knowledge base.
  • Assist in implementing temporary and long-term solutions to recurring data issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss open issues and progress reports.
  • Understand and uphold data governance policies and best practices within the organization.
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in an L4 support role, preferably within data management.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of data management platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Experience with ThinkFolio, Aladdin, or similar systems is advantageous.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65 – $90/hr
