Company Overview:
A privately held real estate investment and asset management firm with a global portfolio is seeking an Office Manager. This role will combine office administration, reception support, and executive assistant responsibilities to ensure seamless daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, supply management, and facilities support.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls; ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to two senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), and expense processing.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and arrange catering or logistics as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and assist with ad hoc projects and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior executives in a professional services or investment environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with travel booking and calendar management tools.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $50/hr
