Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate, leveraging an integrated platform to create value across economic cycles. The firm is seeking a professional for a loan asset servicing role to manage loan lifecycle events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process lifecycle activity for various loan types, including syndicated, revolvers, delayed draws, private corporate and commercial real estate loans, bonds, equities, and derivatives.
• Take complete ownership and accountability of assigned processes, ensuring data maintenance and timely activity processing with adherence to controls.
• Review and action daily reconciliation of cash, position, and accruals, assisting in resolving settlement exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Middle Office, Securities Master team, Reconciliation team, and Business/Legal colleagues.
• Work with external Trustees, Custodians, Prime Brokers, and Agents to resolve pending exception discrepancies.
• Respond to queries and take complete ownership of the lifecycle event processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with loan lifecycle events, including processing loan notices for paydowns, cashless rolls/amendments, PIK, rate sets, and rollovers.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $75/hr, DOE
