Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate, leveraging an integrated platform to create value for investors. The firm is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate fund accounting and financial operations initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliverables, milestones, and targets for fund controllers and accounting teams across multiple fund entities.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution for fund accounting and financial operations initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring deadlines, reporting cycles, and operational targets are met.
  • Monitor progress on deliverables, identify gaps or delays, and implement solutions for timely completion.
  • Organize and lead regular status meetings with fund controllers/accounts groups.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams, external partners, and vendors to resolve issues and align efforts.
  • Report on project metrics and deliverable status to leadership, escalating risks as needed.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Private Equity industry standards and best practices for fund administration.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in financial services, ideally supporting fund controllers or accounting functions.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are valued.
  • LemonEdge, Investran, or Geneva experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $80/hr
