Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Treasury Management Consultant. This role will support the firm's global treasury and finance function, focusing on optimizing cash, liquidity, and risk management processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects related to WSS / Wallstreet Suite implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity management, and payments processing.
  • Enhance bank connectivity, cash visibility, and straight-through processing via WSS.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of cash, FX, and investment activities.
  • Develop and maintain treasury controls, workflows, and exception reporting within WSS.
  • Assist in design and execution of hedging strategies for interest rate, FX, and liquidity risk.
  • Provide data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to senior management on cash, debt, and investment positions.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for WSS treasury modules, liaising between Treasury, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Support special projects such as global bank account rationalization, payment hub initiatives, and system automation.

Qualifications:

  • 5–15 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting within investment management, banking, or corporate treasury.
  • Hands-on experience with WSS / Wallstreet Suite (implementation, upgrades, or daily treasury operations).
  • Strong knowledge of treasury best practices: cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment processing, FX, and interest rate risk.
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations (financial services preferred).
  • Advanced Excel; knowledge of ERP integration and financial systems is a plus.
  • Experience in investment management or private equity treasury/finance functions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of other treasury technologies (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, FIS) is helpful.
  • CPA, CFA, or CTP certification is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $70 – $81/hr, DOE
