Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management, specializing in private equity, credit, and real assets, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing the end-to-end recruiting process within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision and professionalism
  • Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking
  • Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience
  • Track candidate progress and maintain data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management and diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Support the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that advance Human Capital priorities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40,000 – $70,000/hr, DOE
