Company Overview:
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to align business objectives with people strategies across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as a cultural steward and change leader to foster engagement and inclusion.
  • Drive talent strategies including recruitment, performance management, and development plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics to address issues and improve business outcomes.
  • Support and lead employee relations strategies and resolution for complex situations.
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively and in compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead or support cross-functional HR projects to improve employee experience.
  • Set objectives, monitor progress, and drive employee development for direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and lead through change.
  • Prior experience leading HR teams in a multi-site and global environment preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $155,000
