Company Overview:
A fast-growing independent Registered Investment Advisor with $1.3 billion in assets under management, focuses on creating financial independence for individuals and families nationwide. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support their growth and enhance client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class service supporting Financial Advisors for client family relationships
• Support Financial Advisors in all aspects of client service, including administrative tasks such as client scheduling, account opening, trade management, meeting preparation, meeting follow-up, and fund movements for designated clients
• Responsible for CRM data integrity and assisting with business development efforts
• Monitor and address custodial alerts throughout the day, communicating status to advisor and manager as needed
• Develop in-depth understanding of portfolio construction and risk management
• Develop and master financial planning capabilities
• Participate in team projects, assisting with initiatives designed to streamline firm procedures
• Assist with client reporting as needed, such as quarterly reports, client documents, and client meeting presentations
• Promptly answer inbound phone calls from clients and provide backup for office management and upkeep

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree (bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics)
• 1-5 years of financial services experience, preferably with an RIA
• Experience with financial technologies, including Salesforce, Orion, eMoney/Money Guide Pro (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, and TIAA Cref custodial platforms
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, Plus Bonus
