Company Overview:
A multi-family office is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and client accounts. The role involves preparing bookkeeping transactions, financial statements, and providing quality customer service to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the payment of all bills by reviewing for accuracy, making payments, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare household payroll processing, monitor charitable contributions, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Provide customer service by tracking inquiries, preparing documentation, and updating general ledger accounts.
  • Create client financial statements, reconcile transactions, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred with a minimum of 7 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting software packages required.

Compensation:
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000, DOE
