Company Overview:
A global software investor with over $90 billion in assets under management is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to drive AI adoption and impact across the firm. This role will focus on training, program management, and community building to embed AI enablement throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run trainings, workshops, and office hours to upskill employees on AI tools and best practices.
  • Offer 1:1 support to teams and individuals, helping them identify and implement AI use cases.
  • Build and manage a champion network to spread AI adoption across departments.
  • Facilitate collaboration and share best practices across teams.
  • Plan and run AI hackathons, from defining themes to recruiting judges and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Own logistics for enablement events, workshops, and initiatives.
  • Develop reusable materials (guides, FAQs, templates) to scale learning.
  • Create quick prototypes or workflows to showcase what’s possible.
  • Partner with the AI Strategy & Execution team to hand off successful ideas for scaling.
  • Act as a visible advocate for AI adoption within the firm.
  • Identify and highlight success stories, reinforcing momentum around AI.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in enablement, developer advocacy, training, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to varied audiences.
  • Organizational/project management skills to manage logistics-heavy programs.
  • Some technical experience—ability to prototype workflows or build light demos.
  • Experience designing or running hackathons, training programs, or communities is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
