Company Overview:
A global software investor with over $90 billion in assets under management is seeking a Director of AI Strategy & Execution to join their Data & AI team. The role involves driving AI initiatives and collaborating with various teams to implement innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support execution of the AI roadmap across phases, ensuring initiatives progress from experimentation to scaled adoption.
• Translate ideas into prototypes using tools like Python, APIs, Workato, or GPT-based workflows, and refine based on feedback.
• Partner with business, investment, and operations teams to identify pain points and translate them into AI opportunities.
• Manage projects end-to-end: scope requirements, build prototypes, test solutions, coordinate with technical teams, and support rollouts.
• Write queries, debug data flows, and contribute to integration work; act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Help create training, demos, and documentation to drive adoption of new AI tools and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, product, data/analytics, or a similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience with data tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent), APIs, or automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, generative AI, or automation technologies is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
