Company Overview:
A multi-strategy investment firm with over $8 billion in assets under management is seeking a software developer to join their team. The role involves working closely with developers, the CTO, and traders to build and enhance system infrastructure and trading tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance system infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain system monitoring tools.
• Build and optimize data import pipelines.
• Work on proprietary time-series data platform.
• Develop and support user-facing Python APIs.
• Handle FINRA-CAT reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain volatility trading tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
• Document technical processes and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience coding in Java, C/C++, or C#.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in developing financial applications is a strong plus, but not required.
• Multi-asset experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
