Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over $100 billion in assets under management is seeking Analyst-level professionals to join their Fund Operations team. These roles will support capital activity across multiple funds and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, review, and delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
• Manage investor data and activity tracking across commitments, fund flows, and correspondence.
• Coordinate timing and execution of communications through investor portals.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly capital activity workflows.
• Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency and automation.
• Partner with accounting, technology, and investor relations teams to maintain consistency of fund data.
• Contribute to documentation and enhancement of standardized procedures.
• Identify and propose opportunities for automation and process streamlining using tools such as Alteryx or Investran.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund administration, or asset management.
• Familiarity with Investran and Alteryx desirable.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement and automation within fund operations functions.
• Ability to manage repetitive, time-driven deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
