Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over four decades of experience, managing approximately $114 billion in assets, is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join their Finance Group. This role offers exposure across finance, accounting, tax, and treasury, working closely with investment professionals and senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex investor allocations for new and follow-on investments and expenses.
• Assist with the maintenance, tracking, and reporting of investor unfunded commitments.
• Manage Credit Facility usage tracking, drawdowns, repayments, compliance reporting, and lender communication.
• Support settlement and reporting of public market transactions, including reconciliations and SEC filings.
• Maintain accurate custody and stock records in compliance with SEC regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, including capital analysis and transaction activity updates.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and other stakeholder requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with private equity, investment management, or Big 4 audit exposure.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (lookups, pivot tables, macros, VBA).
• Experience with Geneva FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran); exposure to Tableau, Anaplan, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
