They are seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Science & AI team, focusing on the Healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Portfolio Managers to identify and frame key investment debates in the Healthcare sector.
• Use advanced techniques like LLMs, graph analytics, and machine learning to create high-accuracy, low-latency predictions.
• Leverage AI to extract insights and deliver solutions for Portfolio Management teams.
• Lead the development of data products and scale solutions to drive alpha generation.
• Contribute to sector-level data strategies and drive engagement and adoption of the team’s products.
• Innovate with investment staff to brainstorm creative applications of data in the investment process.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in data science, data analytics, or a related field.
• BS or MS in mathematics, finance/economics, computer science, information management, statistics, engineering, or technology.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience or familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep knowledge and intellectual curiosity in Healthcare, including healthcare claims data analysis and medical trial simulation modeling.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Databricks/Spark, Snowflake), visualization tools (matplotlib, plotly, Tableau), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000, Plus Bonus
