Company Overview:
A leading firm in the technology sector is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Technology Operations team. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of technology-driven programs, including enterprise IT, SaaS adoption, cybersecurity, and workplace technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of technology and facilities projects, ensuring alignment with firm priorities and budgets.
  • Deliver initiatives such as cloud platform integrations, cybersecurity enhancements, SaaS rollouts, and digital workplace tools.
  • Oversee facilities projects, including new office buildouts, conference room deployments, AV upgrades, and collaboration technology implementations.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
  • Select, onboard, and manage technology and facilities vendors, ensuring accountability for scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, track vendor performance, and hold partners to service level agreements.
  • Partner with IT, cybersecurity, facilities, data, and business operations teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Develop repeatable processes that increase efficiency, reduce operational risk, and improve the employee technology experience.
  • Track program health, manage risks, and escalate blockers to leadership.
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting for the VP of Technology Operations and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within financial services, technology, or consulting.
  • Direct experience managing office buildouts, AV integrations, and workplace technology rollouts.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, contract, and manage technology and facilities vendors/integrators.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT, SaaS platforms, AV/VC systems (Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Crestron, Poly), and cloud environments.
  • Strong grasp of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).

Compensation:
Salary: $170,000 – $190,000, Plus Bonus
