Company Overview:
A leading global growth equity investor with over $100 billion in assets under management is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join their Finance & Data Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity across the firm's systems and supporting data governance and automation efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate and cleanse data daily across multiple systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues; coordinate resolution with technology and vendors.
• Maintain security master and ensure comprehensive cross-asset coverage.
• Support integration of new data feeds and conduct validation testing.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology on process improvements and data governance projects.
• Document processes, maintain metadata and data dictionaries, and support audit and quality reporting.
• Assist in project management efforts related to broader data modernization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in data operations, financial data services, or asset management.
• Experience with market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and reference/master data maintenance.
• Strong Excel skills (SQL experience is a plus).
• Exposure to data governance or enterprise data projects preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65/hr
