Company Overview:
A registered investment advisor with $10 billion in assets under management, affiliated with a law firm, is seeking a Client Analyst to join their team. The role involves working with financial planning and portfolio management to provide exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage client Net Worth reporting in Addepar.
• Input client data into financial planning software, eMoney.
• Assist in creating customized financial plans, including retirement planning, education savings, and gifting plans.
• Prepare financial planning reports, projections, and presentations for client meetings.
• Draft email responses to client financial planning questions.
• Create and maintain standard financial planning reporting.
• Monitor market conditions and industry best practices for financial planning.
• Create customized client presentations for the investment team.
• Aid portfolio managers with client communications.
• Independently lead ad-hoc client projects and present to portfolio manager and client.
• Develop and produce investment materials in conjunction with the team.
• Gather and analyze client feedback and questions to improve presentation materials.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-5 years of experience in the investment or financial planning fields.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude for Certified Financial Planner designation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with limited oversight.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Compensation:
Salary: $72,000 – $89,000
