Company Overview:
A rapidly growing, pre-IPO Technology company is seeking a versatile Controller to support the CFO and CAO in establishing and enhancing the finance team and functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO and CAO with financial reporting, including SEC reporting
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for the ERP system
• Manage month-end close activities
• Partner with business units on strategic finance initiatives
• Collaborate with the new CFO to establish and build the finance team and function

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial reporting, particularly SEC reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process implementation
• Strong background in month-end close procedures
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives

Compensation:
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000, Plus Equity
