Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Hedge Fund Reporting AVP to join its team. The firm is renowned for delivering market-leading investment returns across a diverse range of strategies and markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file periodic regulatory and financial disclosures for global asset management entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support a broad suite of regulatory reports across multiple regulators and jurisdictions, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting (SEC/CFTC), International Regulatory Reporting, Federal Reserve Reporting, and Bureau of Economic Analysis.
• Participate in the quarter-end close process, supporting the team’s high-volume workload during reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Product Control, and Operations teams to gather and reconcile financial data supporting filings.
• Validate financial and position data for consistency across reports, ensuring completeness and alignment with firm policies and regulatory expectations.
• Assist in maintaining internal process documentation and strengthening reporting controls.
• Use existing tools such as Axiom for report generation and Alteryx for automation, variance, flux, and controls analyses.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in regulatory reporting and financial disclosures.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Axiom and Alteryx.
• Strong understanding of financial data reconciliation and validation.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80/hr
